What does my coaching cost?

The total scope depends on your individual goal, your needs and the resulting scope of the service. The coaching fee is based on the time actually used and is calculated per hour of coaching (60 minutes each) or pro rata.
I recommend at least three appointments with a duration of 60 minutes each. You decide whether and to what extent I should continue to accompany you.

You can also test my offer without obligation and at a special price. I offer you to test myself and my competence in a trial coaching (60 minutes). Then you can decide how to proceed.

If the appointment is continued after the trial coaching (after
60 minutes) the regular hourly rate (as offered) will be charged.

Value-oriented leaders make themselves and their team successful, among other things, by using values to provide meaning and orientation. Their actions are thus based on leadership principles that lead from values to value creation.

Value-based leadership means sensitizing people on the basis of a common understanding in such a way that the achievement of desirable goals is made possible.

In this 2.5-day workshop, personal and company values are compared and possible areas of potential are identified, common team values (culture) are developed and manifested, and managers are taught practical methods for value-oriented leadership..

Time frame for coaching approx. 2.5 days = approx. 20 hrs.

  • from 100 km a travel time flat rate is calculated – by arrangement

  • Duration of one coaching hour – 60 min

  • Exception for Walk & Talk coaching – 60 or 90 minutes – as required

  • Core times for coaching: summer time 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., winter time 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Workshops for companies, teams, groups – prices by individual agreement; these depend on the scope and duration. I would be happy to make you an individual offer after a personal conversation or a written request.

  • The team coaching & workshops can take place at your location or in an external location. Upon request, I will take care of suitable premises.

  • The individual coaching for your employees can take place at your location or via video call (Skype, Zoom, MS Teams)
